Geotechnical Investigation (GI)

It transforms the unknown, variable ground into a known, quantifiable engineering material, allowing for the creation of safe, durable, and cost-effective structure.

Rebar Testing

A series of tests (tensile, bend, chemical, and dimensional) conducted on steel reinforcement bars to verify they meet structural strength and ductility requirements.

Field Density Test

The test is usually done for borrow pits to determine its shrinkage or swell and compacted earth fill to determine if compaction effort has been adequately done.

Pull Out Test

A test that measures the force required to pull a rebar or anchor out of concrete.

Plate Load Test

An in-situ field test where a rigid steel plate is loaded incrementally at the foundation level to measure soil settlement

Dynamic Cone Penetration

A portable, impact-driven in-situ test where a steel cone is driven into the ground by a dropped hammer to measure soil resistance.

Rebound Hammer

A portable, non-destructive device that measures the surface hardness of concrete by striking it with a spring-loaded mass and recording the rebound distance. To quickly assess concrete uniformity, locate weak or deteriorated areas, and provide an indirect estimate of in-place compressive strength.
